The vinyl version of Søren Bebe Trio’s critically acclaimed  2019 album “Echoes” is now in its 2nd edition pressed by esteemed Danish music company MusicCode.
This 180 g black vinyl 12″ LP comes with beautiful cover artwork by Aleksandar & Dragana Veselić and includes downloads in mp3, FLAC and 24/96 WAV immediately after purchase. It contains all 10 songs from the CD with a full play length of around 45 min.

Thanks for working so hard to get the right pressing plant. They did you proud on Echoes. It is dead quiet between tracks, and there is so much air in the music. (Michael, verified owner)

    For me, you have to be in the “mood” for Jazz. Its many styles are moody, soothing yet aggressive in my small opinion. I saw this album via FB. and after my CC declined through over use, I checked the album out on youtube music. What a treat. I will be buy the CD in the near future and a few others of this wonderful trio. It covers all the styles I mentioned. Be cause of physical illness and my mind wanting to chill out, turned this Album on low volume. It worked. Lovely layered workings that gave me a most pleasant surprise. Not only did the trio play was a trio but each were give the opportunity to sound in lead position before fading back to allow another to step forth. I’ve not heard that before as such. The Bass verged, the Drums subtle and disciplined and the piano doing what pianos do best in this form of music. It flowed brilliantly. Thank you gentlemen. You made me feel better.

    Ich habe heute Dein Album “Echoes” bekommen . Das ist so wunderschöne Musik. Ich liebe Piano-Musik, weil ich damit nur einschlafen kann. Aber dieses Album ist einfach einmalig, eine Traumreise. Diese weichen warmen Töne, die Du dem Klavier entlockst. Ganz großes Kino ???? Ein purer Genuß für den Hörer Deiner Musik ! Danke !

    Some time ago I received a signed copy of the CD Echoes. What a great album. Wonderfully played and really beautifully recorded. The music sounds through my speakers as if you were playing in my living room. I didn’t know your music (yet), but from now on I’m a fan of Soren Bebe Trio.

    I’ve been a music enthusiast for 70+ years since my father got me “Sparky’s Magic Baton” introducing me to the musical instruments of an orchestra. I was four years old. Since that time my ears have travelled through many genres of music including 40’s-70’s jazz on some of the outstanding labels of that time including Vanguard, Blue Note, Verve and CTI. That music had a profound influence on me and compelled me to become a musician. When I first heard Soren’s exquisite compositions it evoked the innovation I had heard from incredible artists like Oscar Peterson, Keith Jarrett, Erroll Garner and Bill Evans. Soren has taken those styles and created his own unique brand of Scandinavian Jazz that will both relax your mind and take you to a new and fresh listening experience.

In particular, the vinyl editions of “Here Now” & “Echoes” have really brought the richness, warmth & soulfulness alive in my ‘Home.’ In addition to his CDs, these are wonderful additions to my home music library.

    It’s like someone is having a dialogue with you, and they’re listening.
    This record has satisfying unexpected understated harmonic turns. It’s amazing what is evoked within the confines of a trio.
    “Homeward” is comforting while pushing forward. Could be a standard. Would lend itself to a lyric.
    “Alba” evokes a mature yearning feeling I sometimes get listening to eg. late Brahms.
    After listening to the whole record, I thought it may have survived adding a trumpet line or a vocal lyric or a horn ensemble here or there; but the purity of the trio is very successful, so it’s probably the producer in me that’s imagining other contributions.
    As a musician who has experienced plenty of sorrow, I found that the slower songs resonated well with me (the mid tempo ones too in a different way) in the sense that they were comforting (see first comment), rather than amplifying sadness the way the blues can sometimes do. A moment like that happens with the chord that resolves the long progression in “Alone”. It’s satisfying in that way.
    Echoes as a whole is a beautiful coherent work. Thanks for the music.

    I absolutely love this album. Smooth jazz perfect for a relaxing evening or sunny afternoon. Great with a glass of wine! I have two CD as well, but I’ve been getting back into vinyl so enjoy placing the stylus. The quality of the vinyl is excellent as well, very substantial. I’ll definitely be ordering more of Soren’s music.

    I have Instagram (well, Soren) to thank for discovering Echoes. I’m new to jazz and wanted to explore something different from the classics as I collect a few vinyls.
    Perfect choice.
    Echoes is expertly played but you I didn’t have the separation to admire the undoubted craft – the whole album is laden with memories, richly-layered, subtle and full.
    I smiled as soon as Echoes hit the turntable, and I smile every time I play it.
    Wonderful.
