I just made this page to collect and give some additional info about my shipping procedures. Feel free to reach out via email or the contact page if you have any questions.

I use the Danish postal company PostNord for shipments and always pay extra to have tracking. I go to the post office once a week, usually Tuesdays, since it’s a bit of a travel from where I live.

Shipping time of course depends on where you live but usually no more than 2-3 weeks.

If 3-4 weeks have passed and you haven’t received your package please check the tracking link you received via email when I created your package label. 

If it says “ready for pickup” or similar it means that your local postal company tried to deliver the package but found nobody at home and took it to the post office for pickup.

FOR SOME REASON THEY DON’T ALWAYS LEAVE A NOTE ABOUT THIS!!! This is especially a problem in The Netherlands, Lithuania, Germany and sometimes USA. 

If you don’t see this and therefore don’t pickup the package it will be returned to me and I’ll have to pay again to ship it back to you. At this point the CDs or vinyls are usually in a shape so they need to be replaced too. 

A note on TAX/VAT: I’m based in Denmark (EU) so outside of EU there’s no tax/vat added to anything. 

If you live in EU then your local tax/vat rate has already been applied when you made your purchase and I will pay that tax/vat back to your country via the Danish tax system. If you’re a VAT registered company in the EU and want to order CDs or vinyls please reach out to me in person via the contact page or email to get a quote and an invoice without tax/vat.
If you live in Norway or United Kingdom/Northern Ireland I now have a tax/vat number and pay taxes in both Norway and UK. This means that you shouldn’t be asked to pay anything, neither toll or vat, when you receive my packages. My English GB EORI number and my Norwegian VOEC tax number is written on the invoice you received and that I also include with your CDs/vinyls.
