This album is very special to me.
It’s our 10th studio album, and at the same time it marks 20 years since I started my trio back in 2007.
We recorded it in April this year (2026) at our “usual” studio, The V-Recording in Copenhagen, and the result is an album that looks both forward and back.
There are brand-new compositions, but also new recordings of some of the songs that have been with me the longest, including “Maria”, “Song for Andrea” and “Tyst.”
It’s also our third studio album with Kasper Tagel on bass and Knut Finsrud on drums, and honestly, I don’t think we’ve ever played better together.
The album contains 13 tracks and almost 53 minutes of music.
