Dear friend!

All the songs for the new album are now picked and fully mixed.
What’s left is the final graphic design tweaks before we send it all off to production.

The final album will feature 9 tracks – around 40 minutes of music.
But (as always) we recorded way too much… 😄

So I decided to try something completely new.

Instead of shelving the extra material, I’m releasing all of it on a special Deluxe CD packed to the brim with almost 79 minutes of music!

These bonus tracks won’t be on streaming services – at least not anytime soon. Maybe someday, maybe never. For now, they’re only available on this CD which also comes with a hi-res 24/96 WAV, FLAC, AIFF + MP3 download. (OBS: Downloads won’t be accessible before the album ships in November – maybe before)

One of the tracks on the Deluxe CD is a duo version of ‘The Moon is a Harsh Mistress’, a tribute to singer Radka Toneff, who passed away far too early in 1982 at the age of 30.

Her version of this song (with pianist Steve Dobrogosz) on the album Fairytales is one of the most listened-to recordings of my life.
